2. Pay the Registration and get the Official Receipts (OR);
3. Submit the form together with the requirements and OR to the Registrar.

MISSION STATEMENT

PHILOSOPHY
Education is a right of every citizen and the state is obliged to fulfill them with policies geared towards resolution of the society’s basic problems. With the debacle of brain drain vis-à-vis the insurmountable unemployment in the country, the government has to mobilize public and private resources to shift priorities into skill-based education needed by the global market.
